Track your order
Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with TRACKING NUMBER and purchase DETAILS – how to track your order within 3 – 5 business days.
To track your order please enter your ORDER NUMBER (The format is usually ‘ELV12345’) and EMAIL BILLING in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
How to find your order number.
Your order number is located at the top of your Order Confirmation email.
You can also find your order number in the Order section of your account.
